Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. - Strictly enforced. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
-- 1 to 3 days rental = 1 night's deposit
-- 4 or more days rental = 1/3 deposit required

Balance due on arrival in Cash, Money Order, or Certified Check.  

 CREDIT CARD USE IS SUBJECT TO A 3% SURCHARGE

Deposits refunded if notified in writing 30 days in advance of arrival date, subjec to a $75 service charge. 

Reservations held until 6:00 p.m. on date of arrival, unless otherwise notified.

Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of amounts pre-paid.

Pool hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

One parking space provided per room, strictly enforced.

All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.

No pets permitted.

No bikes permitted in rooms, bike racks are provided outside.

Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING, we request you smoke outside

All rates are subject to New Jersey State Sale & Tourisum Tax
