We are a family motel.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. - Strictly enforced. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
-- 1 to 3 days rental = 1 night's deposit
-- 4 or more days rental = 1/3 deposit required

Balance due on arrival in Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (NO personal check or travelers checks accepted at check-in)

Deposits refunded if notified in writing 3 weeks in advance of arrival date, subjec to 25% service charge. 

Reservations held until 5:00 p.m. on date of arrival, unless otherwise notified.

Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of amounts pre-paid.

Pool hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

One parking space provided per room, strictly enforced.

All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.

No pets permitted.

No bikes permitted in rooms, bike racks are provided outside.

Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds.
